Why this site exists

Search for almost any SaaS affiliate program and you will find a dozen pages agreeing with each other. Look closer and the agreement is the problem: they are copying each other, and the original figure is often years out of date.

Three examples from this directory, all verified against primary sources in August 2026:

  • Semrush is still widely listed at 40% recurring commission. That was the old BeRush program. The current program pays a one-time bounty per sale with no recurring component at all.
  • Notion is ranked highly on most "best programs" lists at 50% recurring. Notion's own affiliate page states the program is not accepting new affiliates, and its published terms are quite different.
  • Canva replaced its open affiliate program with a selective ambassador scheme with a reported 2% acceptance rate. The old program's terms are still circulating.

An affiliate who builds a content project around any of those figures loses months. That is the problem this site is built to solve.

Who is behind it

Affiliate program data is easy to publish and hard to get right. The person maintaining it should have been on both sides of one — promoting programs as a publisher, and running growth for the kind of SaaS company that operates them. Alston Antony has done both.

Recognised as the 3rd highest-ranked affiliate in Pabbly’s 2019 launch

Publicly credited by Pabbly founder Neeraj Agarwal. Notable because Pabbly ran no marketplace listing, so every referral came from direct promotion.

Affiliate publisher since 2012

Started with ClickBank and MarketHealth, then built his first self-hosted Amazon affiliate site in July 2012. Has since built over 100 websites, 13 of which are still running.

500+ SaaS products bought and tested

Bought with his own money and used, rather than reviewed from a vendor’s marketing page.

Certified by several vendors listed in this directory

Ahrefs SEO Certified, and certified across Semrush and HubSpot programs. Those certifications carry no commercial relationship and no influence over how their programs are scored here.

Every figure above is published on alstonantony.com/about, where the full background, certifications and client testimonials sit. We hold our own claims to the same standard we hold program data to: sourced, or not stated.

The part that matters here

Two of those credentials are unusually on-topic. Being ranked the third highest affiliate in a product launch means having actually done the work this directory describes — choosing a program, building content around it, and living with the commission terms afterwards. And having bought and tested more than 500 SaaS products means the program pages here are written by someone who has used the software, not just read its affiliate page.

It also cuts the other way, and that is worth stating plainly. Alston Antony holds certifications from Ahrefs, Semrush and HubSpot — three companies whose programs appear in this directory. Those certifications are free to earn, carry no commercial relationship, and have no influence over how those programs are scored. Semrush scores below several smaller programs here precisely because the scoring is computed from published terms rather than from familiarity.

What this site does differently

Every record carries the source behind it and the date it was last checked. Where a vendor does not publish a figure, the field is empty and says so, rather than being filled in with whatever number is most commonly repeated. Programs that are closed, paused or invite-only are marked as such and excluded from recommendations.

The full approach — source hierarchy, scoring components and weights, publishing standards — is documented in the methodology.

SaaSAffiliate.net sits alongside other properties Alston Antony runs. Each covers a distinct area, and they are kept deliberately separate rather than cross-publishing the same content:

  • AlstonAntony.comPublisher and expert identity — background, experience and track record.
  • EveryAny.OneBroader SaaS and software discovery, beyond affiliate programs.
  • ZPlatform.aiAI tools and software editorial coverage.

This site covers one thing: affiliate program intelligence for SaaS. It is not a general software directory and does not try to be.

How this site makes money

Three ways, all disclosed. Affiliate commission on some outbound links, which is marked wherever it applies. Sponsored placements, which are visibly labelled as sponsored. And directory listing and advertising options for SaaS companies, described on the advertising page.

None of them affect the SaaS Affiliate Score. The scoring code does not read the sponsorship flag, which makes that structural rather than a promise. Full details are in the affiliate disclosure.

Getting in touch

If a record here is wrong, report it — corrections are the most useful thing anyone can send us, and they go to the same person who wrote the record. If you run a SaaS affiliate program, submit it and we will verify it against your official terms before listing.
