Each vendor runs its own branded portal on the platform, so from an affiliate's perspective a FirstPromoter program behaves like an in-house program: you apply to the vendor directly, terms are set entirely by the vendor, and there is no cross-program balance. Payouts are initiated by the vendor, most often through PayPal or Wise, on the vendor's own schedule.
